I shoot people! Yes, I said it! I even love shooting children!

A while ago I did something I told myself I would never do: Get into Portrait Photography. Coming from landscape photography I always wanted people to get out of my shots and NOT purposely be in them. So what do you do when you want to practice first and are not up to the level you feel you should pay for models? You drag every friend and relative that looks your way in front of the camera. Lucky for me I have four children and they are all used to being dragged in front of the camera at some point in their lives. But they are all older now and don’t live at home anymore; setting up shoots are a lot harder than they used to be. After doing a few session in my friend’s attic (yeah, I know that sound bad) aka home studio and doing one shoot in an actual photo studio I suddenly wanted to do something different and more challenging. Something I never thought in a million years: I want to photograph children!!
